Shipping Policy
We at the Post Trader's Store would like to thank
you for your order. We strive to ensure you get your order in a
timely manner.
Due to our small staff, all orders will be processed with in 5
days from the date the order is completed. An order
is considered
completed when we received both the properly filled
out shopping cart and conformation that the payments has been fully
processed. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.

Exchange Policy
By the nature of our business, which is being a
gift shop, it is our standard policy that all sales are final.
We realize that even though we do offer photos of all of our products
that are offered on our web-site, that sometimes it is hard to
know if you will truly like the item or have the right size when
you are purchasing online. With this in mind, we here at the Post
Trader's Store offer the following exchange policy.
Exchanges: An
exchange (less shipping and handling) will be processed provided
that the merchandise is in new condition with all of the packing
material in new condition upon receipt and the merchandise is returned
within 14 days of
receipt. We will not exchange anything that has been washed/dry-cleaned
or stained.
If you would like to exchange any of the items
that you ordered, you must contact us within 14
days from the date
of receipt. Open CD's may not be exchanged unless defective or
damaged and then only for the same CD. Freight charges will be
applied to any exchange and must be paid in full before exchanged
merchandise is shipped. Sale and clearance items, food items,
and items sold "AS IS" are not exchangeable.
Before returning
any merchandise for an exchange, please contact us. We will provide
you with information necessary for the exchange.
Non-received / Received Wrong Item(s): If your
order was incomplete or if you received something that you did
not order, please contact us immediately. We will need to know
what item(s) if any you received in error and /or what item(s)
were missing from your order.
